Lately, I have been hit with an illness, as we all do from time to time. I feel so blessed that I have my own book, Your Power To Heal Is Real, to open and read whenever I need it. I Manifest My Body To Heal

I manifest my body to heal,

The power of these intentions, very real,

I can direct the science of my being,

To work in harmony for my well-being.

I can manifest the power of Nature,

To support, to heal, to love, to nurture,

I can call upon the powers that be,

To come now and help to fully heal me.

I awake to this brand-new day,

And realize bit by bit I’ve improved today,

And know that is usually takes baby steps,

To return to my best and strongest health yet.

It is a process and very much a journey,

To heal my body and mind, I’m learning,

And that I have to be strong and stop the fears,

Even though sometimes they bring me to tears.

I am a strong and beautiful soul,

I deserve many more years and so...

I now manifest my body to heal,

The powers I set in motion, so very real.
